Christian brings you over a decade of experience with everything Apple. As a longtime Apple Genius, Christian resolved every issue any customer brought to him - anything from “How do I turn this on?” to “Show me how to make this edit in Final Cut Pro X.”
After leaving Apple, Christian now works for Washington University In St. Louis.

Issac’s background is in customer service and end user support. He has 20 years of retail customer service along with 8 years of Mac Genius support. For the last 6 years he has worked as a Desktop Engineer supporting faculty and staff at Washington University in St. Louis.
